Richard (Dick) Williams
Occupation: retired Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From Richard (Dick):
I really wanted to come to the reunion. It would have been my first since I didn't live close and was lost to the organizers all these years so I didn't know about where and when. Unfortunalely I have family commitments which keep me away. I have been blessed with 3 great kids and , this past year, 2 grandkids. Out of SMHS I went to KU graduating with a BSEEin 1961. Then I began the truly strange path of working as an engineer in various industries and teaching math at the junior high level switching back and forth twice. I am a bit sad to miss the reunion and to note those who have passed on. Hope you all have great time! A big thank you to the hard-working organizers.

Occupation: retired psychotherapist Marital Status: Divorced From Linda: Retired and settled in Oaxaca in Sept. 2005. Love it! Having just built a lovely home, am looking forward to more travel in Mexico. Main interest is leading a Buddhist meditation group--in Spanish (thank you Mr. Pigg), in which I am fluent. Practiced psychotherapy and social work for 35 years in New York and then San Francisco. Miss friends and family (no kids) and not much else. Thank goodness for email. Won't be able to attend the reunion but love hearing about everyone (despite sadness for those no longer with us). Do let me know if you are planning a trip to Oaxaca (5000' alt., perfect climate, wonderful people, food, culture).Warmest appreciation to reunion organizers and webmasters.

Occupation: Screenwriter; Movie
Producer; Novelist Marital Status: Married From Ralph Gaby: Several years ago, while living in Hollywood, Del Weightman visited me. During the course of the evening he said: "You've lived a very fanciful life." I didn't think much about it at the time, but I have been thinking about it as this reunion approached. And, Del was right. I've been an undercover/investigative reporter; a newspaper editor; an account executive and creative director for two major advertising agencies in Chicago; a screenwriter and movie producer in Hollywood; and now I have a deal for my first novel. I've hung out with Governor George Docking, who introduced me to his friends Jack and Bobby Kennedy. I've known Otto Preminger, Miles Davis, Sandra Bullock, Tom Cruise, Ronald MacDonald, the Hamburgler and Charlie the Tuna. I've been all over the world. I've known mobsters, mass murders, movie stars and rock stars. But the most important person in my life I met and married 41 years ago. Susan Vance of Garden City, Kansas. The love of my life. Not only has she been my guiding light but she's always had my back in tough times. She always gave me a shove when i needed it and slapped me upside the head when I needed that. I couldn't have asked for a smarter, more beautiful, caring lover and running buddy. Yes, it has been a fanciful life and a great ride. All of which proves that luck trumps smarts, especially if you've got Susan as your tour guide.

Occupation: Retired- Chevron Chemical
Co. Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From Al: I have lived the last 35 of 40 years in Texas. My heart still leans toward the Kansas City area , my boyhood home. After retiring, my life is taken with family, and involvement with my church and christian camping. I am intrigued with this website and the reuniting with my classmates of so many years ago, by electronic means. I am very excited about attending our 50th reunion and joining the great time of reaquainting with everyone. My brother Sim has even offered to let Bev and me stay at his lovely home in Overland park. What a great twin brother!!
